Diversity in Leadership – The Role of Women in Inclusive Management
Honoured to be part of the International Conference jointly organised by Bharathidasan University and Holy Cross College in collaboration with the University Grants Commission (UGC), focusing on empowering women and driving inclusivity in leadership.
In my session, "Empower, Protect, Include: POSH as a Pathway to Unity and Diversity", I shared how the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act is not just a compliance framework, but a transformational tool that paves the way for:
- Safe Workplaces
- Respectful Engagements
- Unity in Diversity
- Inclusive Growth
Inclusion is not a Privilege is it a Right
It was inspiring to exchange ideas with eminent speakers from across the globe, including leaders from China, India, and Oman. Each brought unique perspectives on women's leadership and global equality.
