Transforming Education Infrastructure: A Commitment to Rural Upliftment
At Sri Ranga Polymers, we strongly believe that quality education starts with quality infrastructure. As part of our CSR commitment and with the support of fellow entrepreneurs from Karur, we took up the complete demolition and refurbishment of the Government Higher Secondary School at Aravakurichi, located in the rural heart of Karur district.
The old school building, which had become structurally unsafe and unusable, was demolished, and in its place now stands a fully rebuilt, student-friendly campus. Key highlights of the transformation include:
- Safe and well-ventilated classrooms
- Durable student benches and furniture
- Modern roofing and fresh painting
- Enhanced lighting and clean interiors
This initiative directly impacts the lives of hundreds of students, ensuring they now learn in a space that inspires them and safeguards their future.
We’re proud to be part of the “Namma School – Namma Ooru Palli” movement, where education, community, and corporate responsibility come together to build a better tomorrow.
“A government school should not be the symbol of poverty. It must be a symbol of empowerment.” – This belief continues to guide our efforts at SRP Foundation..
